Abby Aloni

Abby Aloni is beginning her fourth year as head of lower school at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School. Previously, she spent 10 years as a classroom teacher, teaching both second grade and senior kindergarten at BZAEDS. She also formerly taught at the Mary Meyer School and the Francis W. Parker School, both here in Chicago. Abby holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Brandeis University and has a multiple subject teaching credential in elementary education from the University of California, Sacramento. She's also the proud parent of two BZAEDS students!
