Dan Wiersma

Originally from western Michigan, Dan Wiersma spent time in Washington, D.C., as an elementary and secondary education budget analyst for the governors of South Dakota and Ohio before moving to the Chicago area in 1979. Since then he served as the finance director of three different municipalities before arriving at BZAEDS in 2009. Dan holds a bachelor's degree from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and a master's degree in public finance from Syracuse University.
