She most recently served as executive recruiter at Giving Tree Associates in Highland Park, and also has previously worked at Edelman, Towers Watson and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Jennifer holds a master's degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor's degree from American University.
