Sara Mervis

Sara Mervis is a Chicago-area native in her thirteenth year teaching at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School. Previously, she worked with the learning services departments at two suburban schools. Sara also serves as the school's after-school program coordinator and teaches science and chess as part of that program. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in elementary education from National Louis University.
